Cookie Monster

Cookies are objects generated by web browsers, which are used for storing various online information, like passwords, site images and so on. Having cookies in your computer will ensure that websites will load much faster. But there are also some downsides regarding cookies. Hackers or viruses can intercept them and, as such, they can find out your passwords or other sensitive information and this is why it's important to remove cookies once in a while.

This is where Cookie Monster comes in. This Windows application allows you to easily remove all the cookies generated by most web browsers. This feature is usually included inside most web browsers, but Cookie Monster manages to perform this task much better, as it doesn't leave any traces behind.

After installing the application, the user will need to close any opened web browser first, before he can run Cookie Monster, in order for the application to read all available cookies. When running the program, all the cookies stored on the user's computer will be listed inside the program's interface. At this point, the user will be able to select all of them or only some cookies and delete them with a single mouse click.

The application supports most web browsers, like Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox. What's more, certain cookies can be marked as favorites, so that Cookie Monster will not remove them.
